JoJo's Market is down market fab. Behind uptown's answer to Coronation market is a little jerk pit. Over time the place has been getting more and more comfortable, barrel chairs now moving in to replace some of the cheap plastic ones, paving stones now underfoot instead of the dusty ground. Trophies from winning the last Jack Daniel's Grill Off are now proudly displayed. And the scent of the one of Jamaica's (and therefore the world's?) best jerk pork and chicken wafts overhead, whetting the tastebuds of anyone in a one mile radius. Jerk lamb and real Argentinian steak are also on the menu. This place is unpretentious to the max - and you can chill till the owners leave. Prices are good. Service is good. Music is melodious. Come and sit under the tree and relax. And put the perils of Boston behind you.

JoJos Food Market. By day, a Food Market, for all your cooking necessities,by night,hang out at the jerk pit. Its a great place to jus go with your friends for just a vey casual experience, to have some jerk food, or any of their delicious sandwiches and/or salads. It has become very popular, and for ood reason. You and your friends should go try catch a few seats and enjoy yourself.
