On the first floor of Harmony Hall, Ocho Rios’s premier art gallery, there is a delightful Italian restaurant that surprises you with its cuisine and charm. Chef Pierluigi says he combines Mediterranean flavors with seasonal fresh Jamaican produce. The mouthwatering results offer the best and most authentic Italian food on the island. Pierluigi’s tasty dishes are all spiced appropriately with a variety of herbs that you smell as the food is on its way to you.

Toscanini is great for candlelight dinners or for a quick lunch on your way into Ochi. Its breezy and casual atmosphere makes it ideal for a dinner party with friends if you’re on the North Coast. The restaurant even offers complimentary transportation from you hotel in Ocho Rios.

Of course, that’s probably the brainchild of host Lella, who is perhaps the most charming restaurant owner on the North Coast. She knows how to help you discover the right appetizer through to the best choice of desert.
