Perhaps it was my company or perhaps my mood at the time, but I still cannot muster good thoughts about Rooms on the Beach. OVERPRICED! It’s a tiny hotel that lacks the amenities and activities and everything else that next door has to offer. I would have expected a decent yet humble experience. But the food takes forever, and when it comes you have to send it back because its overdone or underdone. Can they find any smaller glasses to give you drinks in? Do I really have to pay for WATER? You kid me not. Well I won't be going back. No apologies. On a good note, the grounds, dining area and rooms are clean and presentable. The staff is friendly in off-peak hours. The pool is cleaned often. If you want something, just ask, once you are not afraid of the cost attached. There. That’s my two-piece.
